Logan Baird, Kaden Allen, Soren Simons, Tyler Wamsley, Tyler Truscott, Easton Van Sickle are gaining real world insights through internships in law enforcement, a rewarding but challenging career path. After completing the Law Enforcement class at school and/or Criminal Justice courses at Nebo Advanced Learning Center, these students have earned the opportunity to explore various aspects of law enforcement. A huge, thank you to the officers at Springville, Payson and Spanish Fork cities, as well as Eldon Packer with the Utah County Sheriff’s department, for providing these valuable opportunities. They’ve completed courses like Child Development, Early Childhood Education, and Teaching as a Profession to prepare for this hands-on experience. William Lau is currently interning at a local elementary school library where he helps organize books, assists students in finding resources and reads books to classes that visit, creating an engaging and interactive experience for the students. His enthusiasm for reading and education shines as he connects with the children, offering guidance and sharing his love for books.
