The NE PA Community FCU Foundation was organized in 2012 in the spirit of the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People.” The Foundation’s mission is "to promote and support the educational goals of students from Monroe and Pike Counties, Pennsylvania, through financial assistance for their post-secondary education.” The Foundation will make available educational awards to in-school students, as well as graduated students repaying educational loans. We’re very excited to announce that NE PA members have voted in favor of merging with UECU! With all approvals in place, we may now proceed with our plans to merge. ?? As of January 1, 2025, NE PA and UECU will be legally combined, and NE PA Credit Union will be a division of UECU. From there, we will begin the process of fully integrating our core banking systems which should be completed by the end of the third quarter in 2025.
