The North Dakota Retirement & Investment Office is seeking its next Chief Financial/Operating Officer (CFOO) to provide strategic leadership and oversee the financial and accounting functions of an agency managing $23 billion in investments for North Dakota’s State Investment Board and administering the North Dakota Teachers’ Fund for Retirement. The?CFOO?is responsible for the agency's financial and accounting functions, and fiscal operations, and provides leadership and management oversight of the fiscal operations and strategic initiatives. These operations include accounting, investment accounting, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, procedure and policy design, external audits, reporting, strategic planning, and legislative planning.
