Helping neurodiverse adults with college degrees find meaningful, rewarding, and sustained employment.
关于我们
Neurodiversity Pathways expands the acceptance and inclusion of neurodiverse individuals in the modern workplace. The primary impact for the neurodivergent individual is meaningful, rewarding, and sustained employment that is commensurate with their education, interests, and skills. We approach our mission by offering programs and services for both the individual and the employers. Career Launch Program and Readiness Training Our online Career Launch Program for Neurodiverse Job Seekers is aimed at motivated individuals, who hold a two or four year degree (or equivalent), are currently underemployed or unemployed, and want to launch their career. This comprehensive program consists of an eight-week career readiness training phase including a simulated workplace experience and a six-month job search and placement phase. It is designed to develop and reinforce life skills essential for advancing personal goals and achieving career aspirations. For those who do not want to or cannot commit to the full eight weeks or do not need the job search and placement support at this time, our Career Readiness Training courses can be taken in a flexible manner to suit your needs, current situation, and comfort level. Inclusive Hiring Services Our Inclusive Hiring Services are designed to support the varied paths and needs of organizations as they gain insight, build momentum, and achieve a thriving and inclusive neurodiverse workplace. Any organization can start simply with our Neurodiversity in the Workplace Awareness sessions to educate their employees of the importance and value of intentional inclusion and support of neurodiversity in the workplace. More serious organizations will benefit from our in-depth and experiential workshops for managers and coworkers to embark on Intentional Neurodiversity Inclusive Hiring to recruit new neurodiverse talent and support and empower all employees to bring their authentic selves to work.

I enjoyed our conversation very much Ravishankar Gundlapalli PhD. Thank you for the opportunity to discuss the origin of and the core inclusion principles in our book. John Marble Khushboo Chabria
Fascinating and thought-provoking conversation with Dr Ranga Jayaraman, co-author of his new book "Neurodiversity for Dummies". Dr. Jayaraman's views on culture, inclusion, acceptance of differences, and who needs "fixing" when it comes to handling neurodiverse people, a space that is grossly misconstrued, will touch your heart and kindle your thinking. You can listen my latest episode of "The Mentorship Podcast" at all your favorite podcast channels. Thank you Ranga for your brilliant insights and enhancing my understanding and appreciation for NeuroDiversity. https://lnkd.in/gqcjE7Z9

An overlooked accommodation in the workplace? Psychological Safety. And while #PsychologicalSafety is particularly important for neurodivergent employees, it's actually crucial for all team members.

Hi! Some of my Neurodiversity Pathways students (who are neurodivergent adults) are looking to connect with neurodivergent professionals involved in company neurodiversity programs (either specific hiring programs, employee-organized neurodiversity ERGs, or otherwise). This is for a research project presentation they are giving next Friday on the 'success enablers' which allow neurodivergent employees to thrive. If you are a #neurodivergent person participating in a company #neurodiversity effort and willing to talk with them, send me a direct message with your email address and I will pass it along! Thanks! #neurodiversity #neurodiversityatwork #adhd #dyslexia #dyspraxia #dyscalculia #autism #autismatwork #autistic #actuallyautistic

One of the definitions of culture that we in Neurodiversity Pathways love is, "establishing conditions conducive to the growth of all employees." We think it is the essence of true inclusion. Few organizations are intentionally focused on fostering such a cultural transformation. Join us in this highly informative and completely free session to gain an awareness of the normalcy of neurodiversity, the value of compassionate curiosity to seek to understand yourself and others, and the ways you can intentionally include everyone for their abilities and empower them in the workplace to be their best through a mindset of acceptance for their differences. This session is offered by Stanford University's Healthy Living and is open to the public. https://lnkd.in/gVjdzrHS Khushboo Chabria John Marble #neurodiversityatwork #inclusion
