On October 1, 2024, the NCUA extended its annual invitation to credit unions to conduct a voluntary diversity self-assessment. To further ensure the confidentiality of the self-assessment responses, the NCUA has contracted Optimal Solutions Group, LLC as a third party vendor to administrate the survey and provide support services to participating credit unions. This change reflects the agency’s commitment to ensuring the security of credit union data and assuring that each self-assessment information remains apart and distinct from NCUA operations.
