The launch of the Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) presents a challenge for faculty: crafting test questions that reflect the new item types in the NGN. Crafting these questions demands a deep understanding of both nursing practice and the principles underlying NGN. Breaking News out of New England! The Massachusetts Legislature has passed House Bill 5100. If signed by Gov. Maura Healey, the state will join the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). For more information visit https://lnkd.in/g79xSXuV. The NLC enables nurses to practice in-person or provide telenursing services to patients located across the country without having to obtain additional licenses, and allows nurses to quickly cross state borders and provide vital services in the event of a disaster.

What is CBE, and how can it result in improved health care outcomes and nurse retention? https://lnkd.in/ghdahwPe #nursingeducation
