On Friday, we had the honor of volunteering with businesses in the metro to support Give Grace Give Hope; a non-profit run by our very own Melissa Knutson. Give Grace Give Hope supplies women and those with a period with pads and tampons when they might otherwise not have access to them.

March is Women's History Month, when we celebrate the contributions and achievements of women throughout the history of the United States. In addition, today is International Women's Day. We're excited to tell the story of Mabel Heath Palmer, deemed the First Lady of Chiropractic. Today is the final day of Black History Month but that doesn’t mean that the education and history of the Black community in the chiropractic field ends today. In the U.S., about 3.16% of chiropractors are Black while a 84% majority of the field is white. This is a slight increase from 2.3% in 2019. Thank you to the hard work of the American Black Chiropractic Association for their dedication to advancing the field through research and development and supporting Black persons to study chiropractic care.
