It's hands-on day! The Charlotte NC VTC is in its 3rd week of Cohort 676 and these students are busy learning about the electrical aspects of residential HVAC systems. It's great to see them so engaged and working together to gain skills that will land them on a great career path after graduation in June. #hvactraining #changinglives #teamwork

Recently the Charlotte VTC Recruitment Specialist, Rod Hogue, and Employment Specialist, Brian Counts, attended the Mecklenburg County Career Expo which was hosted by the Office of Economic Development. They were joined at the table by our Resident DSS Social Worker, Danielle Ellis. We love getting out into the community and letting folks know about the training and resources the Charlotte Center has to offer! #changinglives #vocationaltraining #communitycollaboration
