Yesterday we officially closed on the sale of the Fairfield by Marriott Middleton/ Madison West. The hotel is now under new ownership and management. The Fairfield by Marriott opened in 1996 and was our first franchised hotel with Marriott and longest running hotel property within the portfolio. #NCGHospitality is grateful to our team members, guests, and the Madison West and Middleton community who have been part of this hotel’s journey over the past 28 years. #WhyNCG
