Why do we do what we do? Student success is linked to faculty success...but faculty burnout is at unprecedented levels. We exist to help academics achieve their professional goals and realize a healthy work-life balance, while helping improve faculty retention rates.

"NCFDD was an important resource in getting my book in the world." Regina Marie Mills, Assistant Professor of English at Texas A&M University, published her first book in June 2024 with the support of our Faculty Success Program. Her work is titled "Invisibility and Influence: A Literary History of AfroLatinidades" and traces how AfroLatinxs have challenged their erasure in the United States and Latin America over the last century. Congratulations on this incredible accomplishment, Regina! Looking to find your writing inspiration? Register for the Faculty Success Program today: https://bit.ly/3NY3phc

Not too long ago, Texas A&M University Clinical Associate Professor of Sport Management Claudia Benavides-Espinoza dreamed about being where she is today…but the problem was that she had an empty energy tank and was totally intimidated by the task at hand. To make full professor, Claudia needed a strategic plan for her future, and to take deliberate and methodical steps to make it happen - which is what led her to the Faculty Success Program. Not only did it give her the tools and accountability she needed, but the inspiration to come back as a coach and help academics just like her find personal and professional fulfillment also arose. It's not too late to join the FSP spring cohort. Learn more and register now: https://lnkd.in/gJPQ77ph
