Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at NC Sturgeon in Midland, TX. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications Commercial Building Superintendent with minimum 10 years experience. Concrete and Steel Erection knowledge. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes Strong leadership and communication abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures OSHA certification is a plus
