The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Inland Empire Chapter is dedicated to empowering women in the construction industry by providing opportunities for professional growth, education, networking, leadership development, and community engagement. NAWIC is a diverse organization with over 150 chapters nationwide, fostering a supportive community for women in all areas of construction—from skilled trades to executive leadership. As part of a global movement, NAWIC has established international affiliations with organizations in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and South Africa, expanding its mission to support and advocate for women in construction worldwide. The Pacific Southwest Region of NAWIC includes Arizona, Southern California, Hawaii, Southern Nevada, Colorado, El Paso (TX), New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, uniting women across multiple states to strengthen and advance their careers in the industry. ?? NAWIC Inland Empire Chapter #397 is Official! ?? What an incredible night at our Chartering! We are beyond grateful for the support and energy that filled the room as we celebrated the official launch of the NAWIC Inland Empire Chapter. A huge THANK YOU to all our members who showed up to support this milestone moment, including the amazing women from the NAWIC Orange County and NAWIC LA Chapter #42 chapters. Your presence meant the world to us! We also want to extend our deepest appreciation to NAWIC National President Kelly Aust and Pacific Northwest Director Kaitlyn Eaton for leading the ceremony alongside our new chapter President Mayra Aceves, MBA and helping us kick off this exciting new chapter.
