Welcome! We are the Tucson NAWIC Chapter #122. Our purpose is to enhance the success of women in the construction industry. In NAWIC, we believe that each woman and her job are important. There is no distinction among the membership as to the importance of one woman's job over another. NAWIC is a member-driven organization with governance by representative using an elected Board of Directors at both the Chapter and National level. The organization is self-governing, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-partisan, and has no affiliation with any religious, fraternal, or labor group. WIC Week 2025! We had a wonderful time at the Tucson NAWIC Chapter Mixer at Whiskey Road, celebrating Women in Construction (WIC) Week! It was a great opportunity to connect with industry professionals and support the amazing women making an impact in construction. A special shoutout to Jamie Thrush, who continues to lead the way—not just at Capital Pump & Equipment’s Tucson branch but across the industry.
