Introducing The NAVAgator–the official NAVA podcast! As the leading advocacy group for voice actors, NAVA has been busy speaking to podcasters around the world about issues of interest to voice actors. We think the time is right to have our own voice to articulate NAVA’s point-of-view on subjects of interest to our community. Our goals for The NAVAgator are to: Educate: to provide the voiceover community with information about NAVA activities and issues in greater depth than possible through social media and other means. Advocate: an advocacy tool to educate and promote issues to legislators, NGOs and other parties. Investigate: a platform for investigative journalism on issues of interest to the voiceover community. The NAVAgator will be available for streaming or download in all the expected spots –Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and your favorite podcast app.The first episode of The NAVAgator is available now, with an update on the Interactive Strike between SAG-AFTRA and the video game development companies. The State of VO in 2025 Survey Results are published! This year we had 1305 responses, and the data collected is enlightening! We asked questions about everything from union status, to income from voiceover, to online casting and direct marketing, and AI use and job loss. We hope everyone who views these results will come away with a better understanding of the voiceover industry as a whole. We have shared a few highlights here.
