A huge shoutout to our?amazing volunteers from Navarro-ATL who brought science to life!??? ??? Bailey Hardy?shared tips on being good environmental stewards and discussed her work at Hanford. Students even tackled an Earth Day word search! ??? Bojana Leonard?challenged students with a?circuit-board kit—building projects that launched propellers, played sounds, and lit up! ??? Rachelle Rehberg?led an exciting?acids & bases experiment?using household liquids and pH strips, showing why this knowledge is crucial in her field! ??? Luke Damstedt?used models to help students visualize molecules and understand how scientists measure them with specialized equipment. ?? Dee Gray & Tracie Arnold?checked in at stations, introduced their company, and provided support to their team—Dee was also instrumental in coordinating this event! ?? Jessica Clement is a Maintenance Specialist with our Analytical Instrument Maintenance Department. The Waste Management Symposia (WM 2025) takes place each March in Phoenix, Arizona. Thousands of waste management professionals flock to the valley of the sun to meet with government professionals, listen to industry updates, share information on new technologies, innovations and efficiencies?and fortify the bond they have with other members of our industry. The Navarro team was actively involved with the planning and execution of the WM conference?and technical sessions?through our board and Program Advisory Committee?members. Navarro members also played a role in organizing, presenting, chairing and co-chairing 19 various sessions throughout the week.?
