Over the history of the United States Navy, one thing is clear: it is our people that make us great. To ensure readiness across the Navy enterprise, we must ensure each member of the team, their minds, bodies, and spirits, are ready to support our mission. One way to ensure readiness is to build in breaks to recharge – use your annual leave! It’s a great time of year to take stock of your use-or-lose leave and get planning some vacations – or staycations in our very own backyard. #LiveINnswccrane Apply to join our team here: https://lnkd.in/eXXjVuUf

The future is human connection. And the future belongs to the connectable.” Recently, Jenkins was featured as the keynote speaker for NSWC Crane’s first “Leading from Every Seat” (LFES) event. Along with hearing Jenkins speak, participants were also able to network and engage in various breakout sessions.
