Are you #opentowork? The Arizona Department of Administration is hosting a hiring event where applicants can participate in on-the-spot interviews and potentially walk away with job offers from one of more than 30 state agencies. The event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 20 at Wesley Bolin Plaza on the Capitol Mall, 1700 W. Washington St. in Phoenix. This free event will offer resume review, interviewing tips and assistance searching for state jobs; interviews and some job offers will be made on the spot. The event will focus only on veterans, active-duty military and spouses from 10 a.m. to noon. From noon to 2 p.m., all prospective employees for state jobs are welcome. Nearly 700 roles are currently open. They include: ?? Case aide, Department of Economic Security ?? Financial analyst, Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions ?? Wildlife habitat construction technician, Game and Fish ?? Electrician, Department of Corrections ?? And many more
