NativState shines the spotlight on our Senior GIS Analyst Willow Harper! Although she is originally from northern California, Willow’s roots are deep in Arkansas’s soil. With a master's degree in geographic information systems and B.S. in environmental science from the University of Central Arkansas, she is a master of all things forests, woodlands, and GIS. Willow’s academic research focused on the historical forests and woodlands of the Ouachita Mountains, as well as the conservation and restoration of fire-adapted habitats in Arkansas.
