As a member of the #savetheknee movement, I love being able to preserve the patient's Native anatomy whenever possible. In this video, I’m placing a BEAR implant during primary ACL repair. Taking this approach allows preservation of normal proprioceptive nerve endings in the ACL and may give the patient a more normal feeling knee. For those out there doing #ACL preservation surgery, do you routinely augment with a LET or ALL procedure? Any tips or pearls to share with the LI community on this procedure? Thanks!
