As the weather warms up, I've been reminiscing on one of the most meaningful moments from last summer - being invited to speak at Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society's Centennial Celebration in Chicago. I was honored to share my experience as a scholarship recipient, and as the former Volunteer Coordinator and Senior Advisor for the Western Michigan University chapter. It was a special moment to reflect on the role ALD has played in shaping my leadership, confidence, and the values I carry with me today. So thankful to have been part of such a meaningful celebration alongside a truly inspiring community. ??
