National Strategies (NSI) is a U.S. state and local government consulting firm with two divisions that help organizations create opportunities and solve problems.
The first is NSI Government Markets, which focuses on sales, organizational development, business development and procurement related activities as well as identifying and pursuing federal, state, and local government funding, grants, and incentives. As of 2024, this division has generated over $37 billion in new revenue for clients since the firm’s inception in 1996, and that value continues to grow.
The second is NSI Government Relations, which focuses on public policy matters. This includes customized early warning legislative and regulatory tracking solutions, support with messaging to governments, thought leadership, and communications strategy, as well as outreach and advocacy to state and local government officials, influencers, public interest groups, and other potential allies to help raise awareness, build coalitions of supporters, and advance specific initiatives.
