?? Our 2025 Engineering Outlook Survey highlights a critical workforce challenge. Despite 83% seeing a strong market, only 11% say we have enough engineers for infrastructure demands! These findings suggest that as seasoned engineers retire, firms risk losing critical expertise, and recruiting younger talent is proving to be a significant challenge. Not having enough skilled, experienced engineers to tackle critical infrastructure projects could be a major issue not only just for the profession but also for the entire country.
