This #WomensHistoryMonth we're struck by the fact that protections for, information about, and work by women are all threatened. The National Partnership vows to never stop fighting for all women & their families no matter the pressure or the opposition-- and neither should you.

The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), drafted by the National Partnership and signed into law by President Clinton, has been the law of the land for 32 years now! The FMLA has helped to transform workplaces, but too many people, especially workers of color, are still left behind. Workers of color are less likely to be eligible for FMLA-supported leave and, if they were, many people are unable to take the unpaid leave that the FMLA would provide. Expanding FMLA coverage and strengthening the law’s protections would make sure that these protections are available to all workers and benefit all families. https://lnkd.in/gEWge5_h

These executive orders are a direct and intentional attack on the progress we have made as a nation in securing equal rights for all. They demonstrate with stark clarity that the incoming administration is not only prioritizing narrow, self-serving interests but also disregarding the vast majority of Americans who seek fairness, justice, and a government that works for all. https://npwf.info/40wXOoa
