Last night, we learned that the MS Research Program (MSRP) will not receive funding for Fiscal Year 2025 due to the recent Continuing Resolution passed by Congress. This is a significant setback for our veterans and service members who rely on this vital research for answers and treatments. The MSRP has brought hope to those living with multiple sclerosis (MS), driving groundbreaking research and potential breakthroughs. This funding cut is a blow to the progress we’ve made, but MS activists will fight to restore this critical funding, and we need your support. Join us in advocating a future where we end MS: https://lnkd.in/gs9eMRfC

Our President and CEO, Tim Coetzee, and our CFO, Cindy Bertrando, joined the Finish MS team in the wee hours of the morning last month for the Disney Princess race. We’re grateful for leadership that not only talks the talk but walks the walk (literally) for those living with MS. Thank you for joining us in Florida and for helping us meet our fundraising goal!

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable disease of the central nervous system; it affects the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves, which controls everything we do. Through this, the flow of information within the brain and between the brain and body is disrupted. MS can vary in severity from person to person, and individuals may experience different symptoms. #MSAwarenessWeek
