We are thrilled to report that Salted Caramel (Salty) was released last night! Salty was severely entangled in 6 pounds of fishing gear and admitted to our marine animal hospital in critical condition. Salty was anchored to a rock for over three days by the snarl of gear, which was cutting deeply into her flesh. While her wound is still healing, her infection has been resolved and her activity level and behavior have returned to normal. Salty put on much needed weight during rehabilitation and passed all release criteria. She will continue healing out in the wild where she belongs. Her release back into the wild is a testament to the collaborative effort and dedication of our staff, volunteers, and supporters. Go Salty Go!

We only have 6 foursomes left as we cap the number to make the day a fast & enjoyable one. What better way to play a round of golf, try to hole out a par 3 for $20,000, bid on all kinds of sports memorabilia AND support a local non-profit organization...the National Marine Life Center based in Buzzards Bay. The tournament website to Register is at https://lnkd.in/eBpsskR6
