This morning at #NLCRT2024, we covered important topics across the lung cancer continuum, from perspectives on treating locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer to lessons learned from the SCALE Collaboration and state-level lung cancer initiatives. To close out the event, our panel of national experts engages in a special debate over the growing role and future of the use of AI in lung cancer care. We're thrilled to kick off Day 2 of #NLCRT2024 with a keynote presentation by Dr. Pasi J?nne, Senior Vice President for Translational Medicine & Director of the Belfer Center for Applied Cancer Science at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and recipient of the 2024 American Cancer Society Medal of Honor. Dr. J?nne, one of the co-discoverers of EGFR mutations, is joined by an expert panel for this crucial discussion on the lung cancer treatment landscape of the future.

Day 1 of #NLCRT2024 brought valuable discussions on lung cancer risk factors beyond tobacco use, as well as the crucial role of #PatientNavigation in reducing disparities and improving health equity across the lung cancer continuum. In the afternoon sessions, we took a closer look at the impactful initiatives launched by the American Cancer Society National Lung Cancer Roundtable this year and celebrated the remarkable contributions of our member organizations.
