My former workplace Peterson Institute for International Economics (PIIE) is hiring a short-term research analyst fluent in Korean/English with an economics background and proficiency in R/Stata. I started my DC career here and highly recommend that folks apply. You will be intellectually stimulated by the fantastic cohorts of economists there.

We are so excited to share that James C. Rhee, a supporter, advisor, and mentor to N-KSA, has officially released his book "Red Helicopter" yesterday! Reviews are pouring in and they are powerful. When James invited N-KSA students to participate in the CKA summit in the fall (picture below) we heard him share openly about some of his personal stories that are included in the book, and we couldn't recommend it enough. "As a Korean American leader, James opens up about his personal odyssey, navigating the complexities of growing up in an immigrant family and the profound impact of his upbringing on his journey to where he stands today - a mentor, teacher, PE expert, CEO, artist, father, writer, and many more." We are grateful to James because he is someone who has taken tangible steps to support and encourage young Korean Americans. It is our pleasure to now support James as he launches this next chapter. If you're looking for a book that has practical lessons about life and business - drawn from the career and life of someone who has seen the world - particularly in his role as CEO of Ashley Stewart, Inc. - read this book.
