关于我们
We seek to spark and sustain transformational change in communities and neighborhoods with our clients and partners at four levels: 1.Individuals: Impact transformative changes in individual awareness, knowledge, decision-making, antiracist vigilance and action. Impact transformative changes in quality of life, access to opportunity and self-agency for marginalized populations. Impact transformative changes in racial healing for all individuals. 2. Places: Impact transformative changes that generate more inclusive, equitable neighborhoods and cities. 3. Organizations: Impact transformative changes in organizational operating culture and practices. 4. Systems: Impact transformative changes that seek to identify and counteract the enduring legacy of white supremacy by promoting the creation of more inclusive, equitable policies by influencing leaders in all sectors (corporate, public, non-profit, philanthropic) and ensuring an asset-based, healing-centered approach that is led and influenced by those most impacted by the policies.
