NFL Football Operations in partnership with the four HBCU Athletic Conferences (MEAC, SWAC, CIAA, SIAC) are thrilled to announce the inaugural Future Leaders in Football Fellowship class of 2024. This season, 8 students will assist their institution’s football program in an area of football operations as supported by the League office. As a participant in the program, fellows will be evaluated and considered for additional League developmental opportunities. Congratulations to the class of 2024!

We were thrilled to host 40 talented college seniors from?California State University, Fullerton, California State University, Long Beach,?California State University, Los Angeles, and the?University of Southern California?at the 2nd annual LIGA Pro Day at NFL LA! ? This professional development event, organized by LIGA—the NFL's Employee Resource Group for the Latino community and its allies—aims to raise awareness of the diverse career paths available in the sports industry. Participants also had the opportunity to network with sports professionals, building a pipeline for future talent. ? The day kicked off with two breakout sessions focused on resume building and interview skills, giving students the tools they need to succeed in their job search. It was followed by an engaging panel moderated by NFL Network’s?Omar Ruiz, featuring four amazing NFL employees who shared their unique career journeys and advice.? ? The day wrapped up with a lively networking mixer, where students had the opportunity to connect with professionals from various NFL departments and build meaningful relationships. ? Mark your calendars because our 2025 NFL Rotational Program application is scheduled to open next week on Monday, September 16! This two-year program offers participants the opportunity to rotate up to four departments at the NFL League Offices exploring various facets of the business of professional football! Consideration will be given to currently enrolled undergraduate students in their senior year (including those completing a fifth consecutive year), graduating Winter 2024 or Spring 2025 with an overall GPA of 3.0 or above.
