NELP joined the National Women's Law Center, the National Partnership for Women & Families, The NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc., and other #CivilRights and #WorkersRights-based orgs in condemning EEOC Acting Chair Andrea Lucas' attempts to intimidate law firms into abandoning their diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. The intended chilling effect on employers is likely to impact #workers far beyond the legal profession.
