By strengthening each company’s sales, marketing, and management skills, the association demonstrates to the electrical industry in general, as well as to customers and suppliers, the advantages of doing business with an independent sales representative. To further these objectives and to bring them within practical reach of its members, the association develops and maintains programs and activities designed to help them conduct their business in an ethical, efficient and productive manner.

We are excited to announce the integration of the American Association of Independent Lighting Agents (AAiLA) with the National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association (NEMRA) to establish the?NEMRA Lighting Division. This new initiative is dedicated to empowering independent lighting sales agencies and their manufacturing partners, reaffirming NEMRA’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our industry and enhancing the value provided by independent lighting agents and representatives. ? The NEMRA Lighting Division will leverage NEMRA’s established industry relationships, proven advocacy, and extensive resources to develop targeted programs and initiatives that deliver meaningful value to lighting agencies of all sizes. This effort aims to strengthen the collective voice of independent lighting agents and representatives while fostering deeper collaboration with manufacturer partners. ? In the coming months, we will share more information and resources outlining how the NEMRA Lighting Division will drive greater collaboration and create new opportunities for success in the dynamic lighting market. ?
