The NECA/ELECTRI Project Management Apprenticeship provides aspiring electrical project managers with the technical expertise, leadership abilities, and business acumen needed to work on large-scale electrical projects successfully. These Apprentices gain skills in project planning, financial management, documentation, safety, and team leadership, equipping them with the tools to lead projects from inception to closeout efficiently. Outside linemen are critical to our nation's power grid, installing and maintaining high-voltage lines that connect communities. This physically demanding work requires expertise, teamwork, and precision. In our featured video, linemen share their experiences, and these apprentices are shown in action.
