OUR MISSION Create with organizations action plans which will allow for long term sustainable cultural change towards inclusion of everyone in their diverse workforce, which will improve productivity and job satisfaction for all. Provide consulting and customized training to increase productivity and create respectful environments. Address local emerging needs through regional presence. OUR VISION To be the leader in the United States in facilitating communication across differences in order to promote inclusion and acceptance of everyone’s worldviews, allowing organizations to thrive. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE We are a nation of immigrants with different values, customs and perspectives. When utilized/managed effectively, this diversity creates an environment where everyone feels included and contributes to the best of their ability. We collaborate with organizations to create inclusive environments maximizing the power of their diverse workforce and improving productivity throughout the organization.

    As Trump pardoned almost all of the Jan. 6th insurrectionists, lest we forget that President Andrew Johnson pardoned almost all Confederates. And in due time, they regained power, framed antiracist Reconstruction policies as anti-White, cast their insurrection to conserve racist slavery as a War of Northern Aggression, banned books and vilified voices documenting the truth, built Jim Crow on lies, laws, and lynchings, and hoisted back up their Confederate flags. History can be a blueprint.

    ANY Black man or woman considering voting for Donald Trump should listen to ALL of this. This is the results of a Biden-Harris Dept. of Justice civil rights division investigation into the Lexington, Miss. police department. There have been more than 12 such investigations by the Biden-Harris DOJ. How many under Trump-Pence? ONE. Trump's attorney generals Jeff Sessions and Bill Barr said such investigations "hurt police morale." Here is what the Biden-Harris DOJ discovered: these racist cops unlawfully unlawfully Arrests, jails and detains people who cannot pay fines or fees, without assessing their ability to pay; Uses excessive force; Conducts stops, searches and arrests without probable cause, including jailing people on illegal “investigative holds” and arresting people solely because they owe outstanding fines; Imposes money bail without justification or assessment of ability to pay; Jails people without prompt access to court; Violates the rights of people engaged in free speech and expression, including by retaliating against people who criticize the police; Discriminates against Black people; and Operates under an unconstitutional conflict of interest because LPD’s funding depends on the money it raises through its enforcement. The ONLY way we hold cops accountable is ELECT HARRIS-WALZ. This will NEVER happen under Trump-Vance. They will let the cops run amok and BLACK PEOPLE will suffer at the hands of abusive cops. THIS is why we elected Biden-Harris. Let's keep it up with Harriz-Walz.

    Banned Books Week 2024 is here. Another reminder that people are banning books about racism rather than working to eradicate racism. Eight of my books have been banned or challenged in the U.S. ?? How to Be an Antiracist (banned) ?? Stamped from the Beginning (banned) ?? Stamped for Kids with Sonja Cherry-Paul and Jason Reynolds (banned) ?? Antiracist Baby (banned) ?? Magnolia Flower (challenged) ?? Goodnight Racism (challenged) Witnessing my books being banned and challenged and misrepresented; facing constant attempts to sully my reputation; being made into a bogeyman to drum up racist rage and jealousy and resentment—I know this is part of the job, if I’m exposing racism effectively. But it makes my work as a scholar and writer harder. This doesn’t get me down, however. I do hard for a living. This gets me up into gratitude. The harder my job has become, the more grateful I’ve become for those of you who keep reading and sharing and teaching my banned books––and all banned books. ???????
