Due to the bombing in downtown Nashville on Friday morning, the AT&T data center located next to the affected area is offline. Many people across the region have experienced Internet, Landline Phone, TV, and Cellular Communication Service outages. Some NCA customers may be experiencing trouble beeping because of this downed communication service. It is our understanding that AT&T has been working around the clock to have power restored to the data center. Once this has occurred, most of the system trouble beeps will be resolved automatically.
