Meet Mike McMillan, Chief Operating Officer of Brookhill Ranch, a summer camp and working cattle ranch in Arkansas that has been creating memorable experiences for over 60 years. Mike’s journey with Brookhill began in 1988 when he first attended as a camper. By age 15, he was working as a ranch hand, deepening his love for the land. After marrying Lynlee, the founders’ granddaughter, in 2004, he joined the family in shaping Brookhill’s future. Today, Mike oversees not just the camp but also Brookhill's Hereford cattle operation and its growing direct-to-consumer beef business, Brookhill Beef. What started with a single heifer has grown into a highly sought-after product known for its top-quality beef. Mike is dedicated to maintaining the ranch’s standard of excellence, from the experiences it offers campers to the premium beef it provides to customers. His work ensures that Brookhill Ranch continues to be a place where fun, connection, and quality are at the forefront, bringing people closer to both the land and their food.
