Exciting News: Dutchie Joins the National Cannabis Roundtable! As federal discussions around cannabis reform continue to gain momentum, it's more important than ever to have innovative leaders like Dutchie at the table. We’re excited to collaborate on new ideas and policies that will not only support the growth of the industry but also address the challenges we face at this pivotal moment. "Our new partnership with the National Cannabis Roundtable marks an exciting step forward in our mission to build a cannabis industry that’s safe, accessible, and equitable for all. At Dutchie, we see the real-world challenges every day: the barriers that prevent patients from accessing what they need, the red tape that small businesses have to navigate, and the policies that don’t always reflect the needs of our community," said Bryan Barash, Vice President, External Affairs and Deputy General Counsel. "By joining forces with the National Cannabis Roundtable, we’re supporting the cannabis industry of tomorrow – one that serves everyone and stands as a model of equity and access. Through this partnership, we’re not just envisioning a better industry; we’re making it a reality." Together, we can help shape a future that benefits businesses, consumers, and communities alike! #NationalCannabisRoundtable #Dutchie #FederalReform #CannabisPolicy

Dozens of state regulated operators, cannabis advocates & entrepreneurs took to the Hill this week to tell key voices in both chambers & both parties that #SAFECantWait another month, year, or Congress for action - and we’re not letting up until the gavel drops on this session in December. Thanks to all of our congressional champions from both parties for standing with us in this push to get #SAFEBanking done NOW! We need #SAFEBankingNow for regulated operators and in particular small businesses and diverse entrepreneurs to be able to open their doors and compete against an illicit market that’s emboldened by federal inaction. We need #SAFEBankingNow to protect the lives and livelihoods of individuals in 39 states with medical programs from the risks of being forced to operate in a cash-heavy manner - so that employees aren’t target for robberies and can simply have a place to deposit their paychecks. We need #SAFEBankingNow to respect the rights of the 48 states that allow for cannabis above the federal legal threshold and protect the financial institutions who want to serve their neighbors in these state-legal industries. We need #SAFEBanking to enhance the safety and soundness of our financial system, the safety of our communities, and so law enforcement can better allocate resources to crack down on cartel and other illicit activity.
