I had the honor of joining Kerry Connor on the '2 Peas in a Podcast' yesterday to discuss what advice we'd give our younger selves. I was joined by Nick Rockwell and Ed Sutton, two gentlemen whom I highly respect in the industry. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind, but this podcast gave us a chance to reflect on what we've learned. I hope you enjoy listening and take something valuable away from it.

As the President of Eastbridge Consulting Group Nick moves the needle in the insurance industry toward vibrancy by virtue of the innovative work he does so flawlessly. ***Kerry's note: Nick is the man, & I have the sincere honor to call him a friend for many years now, which makes me super happy! Nick is one of those people that you leave every conversation feeling not only smarter but more valued by virtue of being around him and that is a tough thing to master as he so has. That smile and this person is genuine through & through. Edward Sutton We lovingly joked that Ed was our "Elder Statesman" on our call, but honestly that is so true. Having amassed a long and illustrious career in esteemed leadership in our industry, his accolades are vast, as testament to the fact that despite being "retired on a utopic farm in NJ" he is still tapped to do consulting work on the daily, because his voice in the room is always equal parts logic, empathy and visionary. *Kerry's note: I have been blessed to call Ed at first a top rate & favorite boss, then dear friend whom I can call with literally any conundrum & he has a wonderful way to make you feel better then light a fire under you to believe that you can fix it. His family has become a very close one with mine, & for that I am truly grateful. Doug Kreszl As one of the smartest math brains that I know, Doug sits as a Managing Director National Benefit Partners, making others appear like they are running in place as he effortlessly juggles a gazillion balls in the air at once, making the most complex insurance product look simple from an actuarial perspective. His firm has done a wonderful job of being a strategic partner to my firm, EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants. *Kerry's note: I just adore Doug. He has a super kind heart & wears it on his sleeve.
