Located in Clarkdale and running through Perkinsville, Arizona, is the Verde Canyon Railroad. “I had the privilege to take my family there and it was an experience we all loved! The trip consists of a four-hour train ride that goes approximately 40 miles. You get a sense of going back in history and observing all the manual work that went into the development of railroads. In addition, the ride is full of some of the most beautiful views of red rock buttes and endless canyons. Through engaging discussions with Arizona’s business leaders and economic experts, the delegation gained valuable insights into Arizona’s integration with international commodity markets and how local initiatives are driving economic growth and recovery. This exchange highlighted the shared responsibility of global collaboration in navigating emerging markets and ensuring economic resilience.
