Our final day of #NASPOExchange2025 begins with the sessions highlighting tolerance in public procurement and navigating emerging tech. In these sessions, attendees learned how to recognize legal frameworks that influence permissible risks in public procurement and explore methods for maximizing technology expertise to identify and implement innovative technological solutions.

Earlier today, attendees joined NASPO Chief Executive Officer Lindle Hatton, Chief Strategy Officer Dan Kruger, and PPA Board Chair Delbert Singleton for an insightful session on the newly formed Procurement Professionals Alliance (PPA). They shared PPA’s mission, progress since 2024, and what’s ahead in 2025-2026. At #NASPOExchange2025, we’re embracing innovation and “Leading the Way in Procurement Excellence!” Yesterday we joined keynote speaker Josh Linkner as he delivered an inspiring session, “FIND A WAY: Solving Problems and Seizing Opportunities,” showing how agility, creativity, and improvisation can help leaders break through uncertainty. Attendees are now ready to transform challenges into opportunities!

We’re starting the day off with energizing One-on-One meetings! These conversations are crucial in helping states and suppliers understand each other’s needs.
