In the world of 911 services, we often face challenges that can feel insurmountable—whether it’s dealing with high-stress situations, managing mental health, or improving technology, systems and processes. But one thing NASNA members have discovered time and time again is that when we put our collective brainpower together, we can achieve incredible things. Collaboration among 911 leaders isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s a game-changer. By sharing ideas, best practices, and innovative solutions, we create an ecosystem where we can tackle complex issues from multiple angles. Each of us brings unique perspectives based on our experiences, and when we listen, learn, and collaborate, we can make real strides towards the betterment of 911 services across the country. Let’s keep the conversation going. Let’s keep collaborating. Let’s continue sharing our ideas, our successes, and even our struggles—because the best way to move forward is together. #NASNA #WeAreNASNA #911Leadership #Collaboration #LeadershipIn911 #BetterTogether #IdeaSharing #InnovationIn911 #911Community #LeadershipDevelopment

Last week, NASNA Executive Director Harriet Rennie-Brown joined the members of iCERT- The Industry Council for Emergency Response Technologies for their Fall Member Meeting in DC. At each NASNA workshop there is interaction between the States related to 911 technology and operations. Members work hard and share a lot of information, last week in Denver was no exception. In addition to 911, we also learn about other states with popular fun items from each State and hold a contest. In the Spirit of Halloween, last week our state fun focus contest was on the "Creepiest Places" in each State. The list came from HGTV (https://lnkd.in/dJTSMnSM). We want to congratulate our winners: * Texas wins for the place you would like to spend the night at. * West Virginia wins for the place you would like to send your nemesis to spend the night at. It was a great week in Denver Colorado learning from each other and from our vendor community! #WeAreNASNA #MakingConnections #NASNA911 #CreepiestPlaces #NASNA
