Welcome to the 2024 NADC Annual Member Conference! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed members for joining us in the picturesque Napa, CA region, where we also commemorate 20 remarkable years of NADC. Jonathan Harvey's pioneering vision to establish a national organization for attorneys serving vehicle dealers, aimed at nurturing education and facilitating information exchange, has flourished beyond measure over the years. From a humble beginning with our founding members (Lawrence Anito, Rob Cohen, Michael G. Charapp, Ronald Coleman, Gregory G. Gach, Tom Hudson, Eugene J. Kelley, Jr., John S. Oyler, Oren Tasini, J. Cary Tharrington, IV, Lawrence A. Young, Patty Covington, and Gary Adams) we have burgeoned into a robust community of 650+ members. We express our sincerest appreciation to all who have steadfastly supported NADC throughout these two decades. Here's to the past 20 years of success and to many more fruitful years ahead!

Founded in 2004 by Jonathan Harvey (a dealer attorney and trial lawyer from Albany, NY), we are now over 600 members strong and have lawyer members from nearly all 50 states. Additionally our vendor partners (associate members) provide valuable resources for our attorney members to share with their dealer clients.
