The Nassau Global Credit team rallied together to create food packages for the San Francisco Marin Food Bank. The team worked on a production assembly line to help create 26-pound packages filled with fresh vegetables and fruits, including celery, carrots, bags of grapes and apples, dry rice, eggs, and canned vegetables. As expected, our team exceeded expectations in putting together 285 grocery bags weighing 7,410 pounds! The food will soon be distributed to 285 families to support their grocery needs for one week. Each year, the San Francisco Marin Food Bank distributes over 67 million pounds of food to the local and surrounding communities. Great job,?Alexander Dias, Nicolas Henderson, Jacob Gram, Eduardo Herrera, Stanley Lieuw, Miles McCaulou,?and?Stefan Wong.?#NassauCares

We are pleased to announce the reset of Kings Point 2024-1 Ltd. (formerly known as Angel Island Capital 2023-I Ltd.), a highly flexible CLO. Kings Point is designed to offer greater investment flexibility than a traditional CLO, providing investors with actively managed exposure to NGC’s opportunistic credit strategy in securitized format. Originally issued as a static internal securitization in January 2023, Kings Point is supported by a collateral pool primarily consisting of senior secured loans and bonds. NGC was launched in 2023 through the combination of Angel Island Capital Management and Nassau Corporate Credit. The combined firm has issued 10 U.S. dollar-denominated CLOs, this high flex/opportunistic credit CLO, and four Euro-denominated CLOs since 2017. The firm managed approximately $8.1 billion in total assets under management as of June 30, 2024. https://lnkd.in/gRMsPDbu

NGC-UK team members born in eight countries (Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, French Polynesia, Philippines, Spain, UK, and USA)—a truly international team—gathered in East London to support Growing Communities, a not-for-profit organization focused on sustainable organic gardening that provides local produce to surrounding communities. ? The team spent the day learning about organic gardening and how Growing Communities supports the community. They also worked together to plant several leaf vegetables, remove weeds in overgrown areas, water the crops, and repair and install protective netting. The Springfield Park and Garden in East London is just one of many sites Growing Communities manages throughout the city. ? NGC will continue to support Growing Community by purchasing a water pump to allow its staff and volunteers to tend to the gardens better. This small investment will be of tremendous help to the organization and allow it to better serve its community by providing fresh and healthy produce. ? Great job, Hekeani "Hek" Mathieu, Jacob Parker, Kester Maralang, Momchil Petkov, Paul Meloche, Pedro Alonso, Satnam Minhas, John H. Roth, and Valentina S., for showing how much #NassauCares about the community.?And, special thanks to Paul for leading the effort and organizing a day of caring and team building.
