As many of you are aware, most entities must file a Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) with FinCEN, unless an entity qualifies for one of the 23 exemptions. For your convenience, FinCEN has created this quick five-minute video that walks through the filing process at https://lnkd.in/gQ6RbN4P and shows you how to complete the filing using the BOI E-Filing System for anyone that needs or wants to file the BOIR directly.
