??Join the Nashville Angels Team!?? We’re hiring an Executive Director!! The main role of the Executive Director is a leader responsible for overseeing all operations, providing day-to-day oversight of the organization and staff in line with strategic goals and our business and work plans, including fundraising and development. This role reports to the Nashville Angels Board of Directors, with oversight from National Angels. Responsibilities: ? Provide visionary leadership by upholding the organization's ethos, developing team leadership, ensuring growth and stability, fostering partnerships, and serving as the primary spokesperson for Nashville Angels. ? Drive fundraising by creating and executing plans, managing donor relationships, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring funds are primarily allocated to programs. ? Lead Board governance by coordinating with members, providing key information for oversight, and assisting the Board President with meetings. ? Oversee daily operations, including staff management and systems, while fostering a positive culture, ensuring timely payroll, and engaging in the National Angels leadership community. ? Develop and implement storytelling-focused marketing strategies with the Board and National Angels team to reach donors, volunteers, and partners. ? Ensure program quality for children, youth, and families in foster care by supporting Case Managers, collaborating with providers, and maintaining best practices while safeguarding confidentiality and equity. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree and 5+ year of related experience OR ? Masters Degree and 3+ years of related experience OR ? 10+ years of experience in social services or related fields in lieu of education ? Experience in an organizational leadership role, managing a team, recruiting and onboarding, fundraising and employee relations This job is hybrid with the requirement of being located in the Greater Nashville area. An 18-year-old boy aged out of foster care and had nowhere to go. He began to walk until he could find the nearest freeway, threw himself in front of an 18-wheeler, and committed suicide. The judge who shared this story with Susan Ramirez said that it is so problematic to never understand what that young man's life was supposed to become. It is a disservice to all of us. We're all robbed because of it. And in one hour, Susan’s whole life completely changed. She believes in that very moment God said to her, “This is your burden to bear and I want you to do something about it.” And she left the judge’s talk “feeling the weight of the world.” Susan started what is now National Angels, whose 19 chapters have volunteers doing life with 3,000 kids experiencing foster care and their foster parents! Two weeks ago, NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr. announced a $1M donation to ten charities across the United States to celebrate reaching one million Instagram followers.
