As we gear up for 2025, the Nash CPAs LLC team had the privilege of participating in an inspiring firm-wide CPE event hosted by MassCPAs and facilitated by the incredible Jon Lokhorst, CSP, CPA, PCC. The day was packed with insights and meaningful discussions that are shaping the future of our firm as we gear up for 2025 and beyond. The morning session brought our entire team together for a powerful exploration of leadership. We focused on how every position within the firm can play a leadership role by leading in all directions—up, down, and across. This sparked engaging conversations as team members shared personal and professional examples of leadership in action. In the afternoon session, our leadership group took a deeper dive into self-reflection, examining our individual management styles and exploring how we can grow as leaders. This dedicated time to align our vision and strategies will help ensure our firm is ready to embrace future opportunities while continuing to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Events like this reaffirm the importance of continual learning and intentional leadership as we work together to serve our clients and communities at the highest level. Ibrahim Aly, CPA, MSA Promotion to Audit Partner A huge congratulations to Abe on his well-deserved promotion! Over the past year, Abe has been instrumental in establishing our Egypt office and expanding our audit practice. Under his leadership, we are confident we’ll see even greater achievements in the years ahead. ?? Welcome, Stephen Comey Stephen joins us as a our Operations Director with over 20 years of experience. He’ll focus on operations and compliance while contributing to our audit, CAAS, and tax initiatives firm-wide. ?? Welcome, Matthew McAndrews Matt has joined as a Director in CAAS, bringing more than a decade of expertise. His skills will be pivotal in driving the continued growth of our CAAS practice. ? Welcome, Jim Robbins III, CPA, MSA Jim joins as an Audit Senior, bringing extensive nonprofit audit experience from his time in public accounting.
