This rigorous and meticulous program designed by Nadia Surrency, MSHRM, JM, SHRM-CP, 19L graduate from Emory University School of Law empowered university students by providing them with valuable, hands-on experience in a global context, preparing them to become leaders in their chosen fields. ? Leading with Purpose: Capstone Project Mikheil Kirvalidze project, titled?"Leading with Purpose,"?reflects his growth and dedication throughout his internship at NASC GLOBAL for the 2024 Fall Cohort. He has actively participated in the?“Day in the Life of a CEO”?simulation, where he made critical business decisions under the leadership and supervision of our experienced team. His focus has been on scaling the business in preparation for 2025, with significant contributions to strategic planning and growth in US and Canada. ? In addition to his involvement in high-level decision-making, Misha has played a key role in the recruitment process, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. His presentation will showcase how he has applied the skills gained throughout the internship to real-world challenges and how he’s contributed to shaping the future of our organization. From our executive candidates to our interns, everyone had a great experience working with Misha. ? About Misha: Misha Kirvalidze delivered significant value to his internship as a Business Sales Consultant by leveraging his strong analytical skills, student leadership experience, and diverse international background. ? Misha is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Technology and Business Analytics at the University of Miami. ? His growing knowledge in business technology and analytics, combined with his coursework in operations management and business analytics, allowed him to approach sales challenges with a data-driven mindset, identifying opportunities and optimizing client solutions with technical driven insights. ? Misha experience in managing communication with international students at the University of Miami enabled him to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering strong relationships. His ability to coordinate between teams, as demonstrated in his previous roles, supported seamless collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring effective problem-solving and timely responses. ?
