The National Automotive, Roads, Fuel Association, also known as NARFA, was established in 1929 to serve essential businesses in the automotive, roads, fuel, fleet, and related industries. Over time, NARFA has broadened its membership eligibility to include a wider range of businesses. Any company with at least 5 vehicles on the road is eligible for membership, regardless of their size. NARFA membership provides a number of benefits to members, including access to better rates typically reserved for larger businesses. Members also receive exclusive rates on programs such as group health insurance, workers' compensation, a multiple employer pension plan (MEP), employee assistance program (EAP), voluntary benefits, and more. A recent?Workplace Mental Health Poll from The National Alliance on Mental Illness?found that while 81% of people will discuss mental health with a close friend at work, and 57% will talk to their manager, only 39% feel comfortable sharing with HR, and less than three in ten (28%) would share with senior leadership.
