Through this dual-faceted collaboration, we’re bringing The NAPA Network to life for middle school students, showcasing both the Auto Parts and Auto Care sides of the business. This customized experience gives students a hands-on understanding of transportation technician careers—an early step in engaging the next generation of industry talent. ? With the NAPA Auto Parts Store and NAPA Auto Care Center simulation, students, parents, and teachers get an inside look at what makes NAPA a leader in both retail and B2B. We're excited to foster a lasting interest in the automotive world and inspire future professionals.

Scott Poole, an experienced Territory Sales Manager with NAPA Auto Parts, recently celebrated his 40th anniversary with the company. He began his career in the warehouse, stocking shelves, before quickly moving to the inventory team in the distribution centers. For the past 35 years, Scott has perfected the art of territory sales, building relationships with customers and helping them succeed. “Scott exemplifies the SPIRIT value Team, by consistently prioritizing the needs of his customers and teammates. Recognized by his peers for outstanding collaboration, he was honored with the Dan Satalino Award. Created over 20 years ago, this award celebrates professionalism, kindness and teamwork in memory of Dan Satalino, a beloved colleague who embodied these qualities." – Brian Van Blaricon, Regional Sales Manager, NAPA When Scott is not working with customers, you can find him outdoors. His favorite activities include ice fishing and deer hunting. A proud veteran, Scott served six years in the Minnesota National Guard. Together, we’re making roads safer??? Thanks to support of the Slow Down, Move Over campaign, we’ve raised more than $100,000 and sold more than 26,000 t-shirts to benefit the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety and the International Tow Museum Wall of the Fallen Memorial. The funds raised will outfit five tow trucks with LED Safety Lights, protecting roadside safety workers.
