We are excited to share Scott Hillard’s recent promotion to Associate People?Director in the Human Resources department for the USAG Midwest Division.?Scott’s journey with NAPA over the past two years has been nothing short of?inspiring. ?? New Role: Associate People Director, overseeing HR operations and store?acquisitions in the Midwest. ?? Journey: Scott joined GPC in September 2022 as the Human Resource?Manager for Michigan. His outstanding performance led to this well-deserved?promotion in April 2024. ?? Contributions: After stepping into a role that had been vacant for a year,?Scott rebuilt crucial relationships between the Sales and Operations teams,?establishing himself as a true business partner. ?? Current Projects: Leading HR operations and managing store acquisitions in?the Midwest and surrounding areas. ?? Traits: Known for his dedication, leadership, and strong team-building skills. ??
