When girls see women succeeding in tech, they start to see themselves there too. ?? That’s why we were so excited to host AliceCode at our office! AliceCode is an incredible program that trains girls from 4th grade through high school, in software development, helping them break into the high-tech world. During the visit, three amazing women from our tech team, Keren Hacohen Zada, Shelley Joy Levy, and Kayla Menashe, shared their personal journeys. They spoke openly about the challenges they’ve faced, the solutions they’ve found and why staying curious and resilient is key to long-term success. The AliceCode girls also presented their projects and received feedback from our team - and they blew us away with their creativity and ambition.
